SouthFair Board of Director’s Bios

Azu Agada became a board member in September 2015. He resides in Dallas where he is currently employed as a Vender Control Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, and has been for 6 years. He has also purchased, managed and sold rental property and has been involved in community revitalization efforts in developing inner cities in the Dallas area. Azu is also a partner at Core Fitness & Management where they design, build and manage tenant only fitness centers within corporate facilities. This graduate of University of North Texas majored in Business Finance and enjoys real estate, business development, health & fitness. In his spare time loves to travel, cycle, lift weights and pretty much do any type of activity that promotes an active lifestyle.

Troy Alley III joined the SouthFair board in 2016 with a passion for giving back to the South Dallas community. He has completed numerous internships within the financial industry, including BlackRock Inc. in New York City on Wall Street. During his undergraduate studies he also founded and directed educational programs focused on minority wealth building, financial understanding, and professional development. Troy recently obtained a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in 2015.

Roy Andy currently serves as 2nd Vice President & Parliamentarian of SouthFair. He became a board member in 1995 because he wanted to help the children in the community. Roy Andy obtained his degree from East Texas State University in 1973, a B. S. Industrial Technology/Business Administration. Roy Andy worked for the United State Postal Service for 31 years as a Postal Manager.  He Retired in 2007 from the postal service and now operates his own company.

Jamey Kirby joined the board in 2014 . Jamey has been with the City of Lewisville since 1998. He manages the Community Development Block Grant program and the City Social Service Agency Fund which together fund fifteen local social service agencies, the First-time Homebuyer Assistance Program, housing rehabilitation and annual neighborhood improvement projects. He also provides administrative support to the Denton County Homeless Coalition and CDBG Advisory Committee. Before working for the City, Jamey was a social worker for eight years. He was born in El Paso, Texas and graduated from U. T. El Paso with a B. A. in Political Science.

Michael Krywucki became a member of SouthFair in December 2005 because of his prior pro bono legal work in support of SouthFair as a Board Member of The Real Estate Council.  Michael obtained a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1988 and his Juris Doctorate (magna cum laude) from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1991.  Michael is a Shareholder with Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, PC and practices real estate and corporate law.

Marilynn Mayse has been on SouthFair’s board for over 15 years. She is  a practicing attorney in Dallas. Marilynn has been a resident of South Dallas since birth. To this day she still lives in her birth home in South Dallas.*

Derrick Nutall became a board member in 2016. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a BBA in Economics and minors in Real Estate and Military Science. Derrick, a 23 year veteran of the mortgage industry, currently serves as AVP – Community Development Officer for Bank of the Ozarks. He is passionate about economic development in South Dallas, as he views the community as being underserved and under-resourced. A proponent of financial literacy and economic empowerment, Derrick frequently speaks at community engagements on these subjects. Derrick is a former commissioned officer in the US Army Reserves, and works to support veterans’ initiatives also.*

Dr. Harry Robinson, Jr. is the Vice President of the SouthFair Board of Directors.  He is also the Founder and Director of the African American Museum of Life and Culture located in Fair Park.  He is a resident of South Dallas/Fair Park and serves on numerous boards in the community and the neighborhood.  Harry has excellent fund raising and economic development experience.  He spearheaded the effort to raise $6 million needed to construct the African American Museum.  Harry has served on the Board for 20 years.*

Ruth O’Quinn became a board member in the last quarter of 2016. She is close to retiring from her administrative position with Child Protective Services. Ruth is a homeowner in SouthFair’s Fair Park Estates development. She purchased her home in 2014.*

Zaincorie Taylor-Smith currently serves as Treasurer of SouthFair. She became a member of South Fair in September 2011, because of her desire to be civically active. Zaincorie Taylor-Smith obtained her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M-Commerce in 2000. Zaincorie Taylor-Smith now works for UT Southwestern Medical Center in the Office for Technology Development as a Patent Specialist. *

Eric Stark became a board member of South Fair in July of 2012. His passion to revitalize a community filled with potential and history drew him to this unique organization.  South Fair has already laid a solid foundation with a prosperous vision and mission.  His desire is to aid this organization in reaching new heights.  Eric obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2007.  He has and continues to work in the mortgage and banking industry, specifically in refinancing home mortgages.

LaKisha Stark became a board member of South Fair in July of 2012 because of her burning desire to continue the mission to improve the quality of life for South Dallas residents through the promotion of neighborhood revitalization. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2008 and graduate education from Southern Methodist University School of Law. LaKisha now works as a Staff Attorney for Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas.

Marian Williams became a board member of SouthFair in July 2012. She is a retired teacher with DISD. Marian is currently the Education Director at Zan W. Holmes “Community” Outreach Center. She holds an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education & Biology from Texas College and a masters in Educational Media & Technology from East Texas State University.
